Tim Garnham has had over 30 years’ experience in the property industry and is responsible for the company’s development programme. In 2015 he stepped down as joint Chief Executive of Minerva Limited which specialised in London offices, mixed use and high end London residential. He was responsible for developing in excess of 1.5 million sq ft of offices, luxury residential and mixed use schemes. Notable projects included The Walbrook Building, The St Botolph Building, 90 High Holborn and The Lancasters.
Prior to joining the company as Group Development Director in 1998 he was Deputy Managing Director of Trafalgar House Property responsible for the UK development programme including a number of major London sites including what is now 30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin), Paddington Basin and Chiswick Park.
In January 2021, having completed his maximum term of office under a Public Appointment, he stepped down from the post of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of London and Continental Railways where he was also Chairman of The Remuneration and Nomination Committees. He is a Trustee of the Garrard Family Foundation, Vice Chair of Governors of Queenswood School and Chair of The Facilities Committee. He is a Liveryman of The Worshipful Company of Farriers.
