Fred is involved in both the sourcing of opportunities and the delivery of projects and combines this with valuation work on central London properties.  He has 15 years of relevant real estate experience mainly at CBRE where he worked in the central London valuation team and gained experience in agency and asset management.  Fred has a business degree from Georgetown University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
